Who we share your personal data with?

NEC is a global company and the Personal Data we collect or you provide may be shared and processed with NEC Entities as necessary for the purposes identified above. NEC’s structure may require that your personal data will be transferred to other NEC entities outside the country in which your personal data was originally collected.

With Service Providers who provide us with services. We grant our service providers access to personal information only to the extent needed for them to perform their functions, and we require them to protect the confidentiality and security of such personal information.

How long does NEC keep personal data?
